Mr. Leary is an information technologist and dedicated Content Developer on the Microsoft 365 Skilling Team, where he crafts engaging content for Microsoft Learn and Microsoft Support. Temante is passionate about empowering SMBs and solopreneurs to maximize Microsoft 365. Temante's entrepreneurial spirit and leadership drives community initiatives, including founding BITE-CON to support people from underserved and underrepresented communities in tech. Temante is a founding Board member of the Black Innovation Leaders of Florida and the Lead for Blacks At Microsoft (BAM) Florida for the South Florida region, which includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Temante holds a J.D., M.B.A. from St. Thomas University, and a B.A. in Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Temante enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, working out, learning new things, and traveling.

Ms. Thompson is responsible for community partnerships as well as strategic and business development. In her first year, she created our 1st annual BITE-CON week and helped to grow the impact BITE-CON has had in the tech ecosystem, especially in South Florida. Kwamara is recognized as an industry leader having been featured in multiple articles across the globe including CBS, NBC, Yahoo News, Business Insider, Boston Herald, MarketWatch, and more. She has spoken 3x at eMerge Americas, at the Hard Rock Stadium, Excel Stage (London),at the UK Parliament House of Lords, and at numerous conferences across the country; and has been featured on multiple podcasts. Kwamara also sits on the board of numerous organizations, including iHeart Media Advisory Board, the Black Information Network and Miami Dade Economic Advocacy Trust Youth Committee. Kwamara is the Vice Chair of the Miami Dade County Public Schools NAF, STEM and CTE board. She leads the Partnership Committee for both Black Professional Network Miami and Ladies Executive Golf Society (LEGS) Miami. She is on Pace University Lubin School of Business and Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business Advisory Board. She holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, a Masters in Education Leadership, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She is a nationally highly certified and award winning educator. She is an NYU Steinhardt School of Education Senior Leader. She is a member of Educator Leaders of Color, Education Pioneers, and New Leaders as well as an Afterschool Alliance Ambassador.

Ms. Wright leverages extensive experience in interdisciplinary education, seamlessly blending Arts with STEM. With a Masters in Information Systems and Art History (June 2025) and a certificate in Responsible AI, Jojo spearheads initiatives that unlock potential through experiential learning. As the Founder of Abenaavi Arts and Abenaavi Gives STEAM, Jojo creates dynamic environments where creativity meets technical acumen. At Microsoft, Jojo has driven the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, empowering partners and fostering digital transformation on a global scale.

Mr. Snead is a Senior Azure Technical Specialist for Education at Microsoft, where he leverages his deep expertise in cloud technology to empower educational institutions with innovative solutions. Over the course of his six years at Microsoft, Reggie has excelled in various roles, gaining a breadth of experience and a deep understanding of the tech industry. He is passionate about helping organizations harness the power of Azure to enhance learning, streamline operations, and foster digital transformation. Reggie holds a degree in Business and Information Technology and has earned several certifications in Microsoft technologies, further solidifying his technical acumen. Originally from Fort Valley, Georgia, he now resides in Tampa, Florida. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, he combines technical excellence with a commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In his spare time, Reggie enjoys traveling, playing golf, exploring new technologies, and mentoring aspiring professionals.
